Sagar asks officers to contest court cases vigorously, project Govt’s view point
JAMMU JANUARY 30: Minister for Rural Development, Law, Justice, Panchayats and Parliamentary Affairs, Mr. Ali Mohammad Sagar today emphasized the need to contest the court cases against government vigorously so that the view point of the government was projected properly.The Minister was speaking at a meeting to review the revenue cases being contested by the law officers of the state. Minister for Revenue, Mr. Raman Bhalla, Commissioner Secretary, Revenue, Mr. Kachoo Asfandyar Khan, Commissioner Secretary, Law, Mr. G. H. Tantray, Advocate General, Mr. M. Y. Qadri, Additional Advocate Generals and senior officers of law and revenue departments also attended the meeting. 4 Community, Facilitation Centres to come up in Amira Kadal: Nasir
SRINAGAR, JANUARY 30, 2012 - Minister of State for Home & H&UDD Mr. Nasir Aslam Wani today said that work on two Community Centres and two Facilitation Centres at Mehjoor Nagar, Chanapora, Chek Methan and KP Bagh in Amira Kadal will be taken up for execution shortly. He said the land for setting up of these centres has been identified.      The Minister said this while inspecting various ongoing works in Amira Kadal constituency.District Development Commissioner, Srinagar, Mr. Baseer Ahmad Khan, Director Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir, Mr. Afzal Bhat, SE, PHE, and senior engineers of R&B, PHE SMC, UEED and PDD also accompanied the Minister.During his visit, the Minister issued on-the-spot instructions to SMC to take up drainage works at Gurdwara Lane and B.
